BIO
I grew up in South Florida and began performing when I was 5 years old! I attended Parking Middle for the Arts as a Chorus Major(yes, I had a major at 12 years old), American Heritage High School with a performing arts Scholarship, and finalized my training at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, earning my BFA in Musical Theatre.

In my art, I strive to make audiences feel seen and heard through my depiction of authentic, honest characters. My time in the ensemble has shown me how to be a team player, how to speak without words, and how to hold space to tell a story.

My passion for fitness grew tremendously when I realized I was able to connect to people on a more intimate platform. In all my classes, I strive to teach my clients the beauty of the mind body connection- allowing clients to find their strength through engaging coaching aimed to achieve body positive /body neutral goals.

Outside of theatre and fitness- I LOVE being in the sunshine. I have a wonderful partner, a pup and cat (both are rescues and total cuddle bugs--I post stories about them a LOT on social media). I love coffee with a fiery passion, I have read every single Gabby Bernstein book she's ever written (if you're reading this- thank you), think children keep me young at heart, and LOVE to sleep--I can sleep in like nobody I've ever met.
If I could leave one mark on the world- it would be providing a space, on or off the stage, for those around me to show up as their authentic selves.
